Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order, and an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days within the United States, depending on the item and destination. Each product page shows the current estimate for that item.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You’ll get the tracking link by email, and you can ask for a status update at any time at store@keptcozy.com.
Shipping regions
We currently ship to the United States only.
Delays
If your order can’t ship within the processing time above, we’ll email you with a new shipping date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 or more days, or your package appears lost, email store@keptcozy.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
