Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at store@corereceptionai.com with your order number.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case we cover it and will send a prepaid label or a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.
